In Portuguese, unlike in Spanish or French, we ask the question in the plural: Que horas são? (lit. what hours are they?)

Does Portuguese also distinguish plural in the answer? In Spanish, one-o’clock is a la una and two-o’clock is a las dos. For some reason, Tagalog borrowed that as well, even though they have no articles and mark number with a particle before the noun.
